The National Code of Local Government Conduct that was in force at the time stated that Councilors must declare an interest of membership such as Trade Unions or Freemasonry. We note that this word has now been dropped from the new code of conduct the government put out following the TV Documentary, we wonder why? However if you breech a code of conduct as councilor Burt did it amounts to Misconduct, and not maladministration as council officer Mallett said! Misconduct in Public Office is a Criminal Offence and Chief Constable Stitchbury (Mrs Campbell) was personally handed a copy of the National Code of Local Government Conduct, along with a Video of the TV Documentary. She was also handed a completly prepared premafacia case by our organisation. She passed the buck to one of her minions and the Local CPS who have been up to their neck in covering up Misconduct in Public Office for Years. However Stitchbury (Mrs Campbell) is fully aware of any offences that may have been comitted. Dont tell the law to Coppers as they already know it, unless it is their own and others Misconduct.
