As a qualified lawyer
who works for a council, councillor Legg knows the correct legal position
with regard to misconduct in public office, why is he mouthing in the
press instead of doing something more pro-active with these officers?
Is it because he himself is a council officer, or is it because he dosent
have a legg to stand on? |
