WRONGDOING, FOR WRONGDOING TO FLOURISH!

Les Ames was lobbied by Mr Coulter with regard to criminal offenses
committed by various police officers. He was also given a letter detailing
Criminal Allegations made by London Lawyers, against the Clerk
to the Police Authority Peter Harvey, and Senior Police Officers
at Headquarters. Les was also given an Audio Tape of a Police
Interview, that made Serious Allegations regarding Criminal
Offenses and General Dishonesty, surrounding the Theft
and Second Theft of Mr Coulters Jeep in 1995/6.

In all fairness to Les Ames, he did have the decency to listen to
Mr Coulter, and take the letter from the lawyers to a meeting
of the police authority, and bought it to the attention of members
of the Complaints Committee. To see these Official Allegations

After supposedly taking up the matter with the police authority,
Les told Mr Coulter that The Chairman Peter Jones, The Vice Chairman
Captain Lofts, and the rest of the Police Authority, have decided to
simply ignore the Criminal Allegations, and have decided not to do
anything about it. When Mr Coulter said to Les Ames,

...You people on the police authority are supposed to be
in charge of the conduct of these officers. You are supposed
to make sure they do not break the law. You people are also
bound by Statute Law 1996 Police Act, to have Criminal Allegations
as serious as this Investigated, by an Outside Force. You people
have to comply with the law yourselves. How can you tell me
that you are all going to ignore it?

Les Ames said that ....there is nothing he can do.

We question this, what purpose is he serving on the Authority?

In the past Peter Harvey has enforced a rule that stops members
over 70 Years old serving on the Authority. This however does
not apply to Les Ames or Captian Lofts, No wonder they do not
want to rock the boat, and therefore Les says he can do nothing.
