Jane Stichbury (Mrs. Campbell) and The Chairman of the Police Authority pleading
poverty that they do not have enough money in their budget.

Dorset Police Authority are loaning a large amount of money to PC Andrew Culley to start
a liabel action against Barry Hunt, a Council Tax Payer, this is said to be ultra vires and not
in the interest of the Dorset Rate Payers, and against the CIPFA code of practice for Local Authorities.
They set aside £20,000 of Dorset Rate Payers money to support this Civil Claim.
The final case cost the rate payers over £50,000.
