This is provocation. In 1995/6 Harvey and others in the Dorset Authorities were provoking Mr Coulter to take legal action, by refusung to have any civilised dialogue, but instead telling him to get lawyers to deal with the situation. When the lawyers took action the county councils legal department then lied to a judge and said it was vexatious! Now Harvey and the Chairman o the Police Authority are inviting Mr Coulter to commence more proceedings at the Rate Payers Expense. No wonder they are Arrogant and provocative, you the Rate Payers are paying for it.
