This Shows that LESTER ALDRIDGE knowingle handled a confidential police report and put it into the bundle of evidence in a private civil action.

Mrs
Helen Cox for some reason that will become apparent has defended the
fact that Lester Aldridge Should NOT Have disclosed a confidential police
report naming Mr Coulter who was not a contending party in the action
between PC Culley and Mr Hunt. Furthermore on her own admission the
assessment team did not investigate the fact that the information was
inaccurate in accordance with Section 5 of the Assessment Form Mr Coulter
sent them. Furthermore she and the assessment team ignored the letters
and court statement from Mr Coulters Lawyers detailing the offense.

In Fact She only thinks that it is LIKELY that this was in compliance
with the provisions of the act. Mr Coulter brought it to the attention
