These
Jobs for the Boys (and Girls) did not do a peoper assesment of the situation,
and they certainly did not investigate the Criminal Offense of illegal
disclosure of sensitive information under Section 55 of the Data Protection
Act. Furthermore the core of the allegation is that the information
disclosed in the police report naming Mr Coulter was in fact wrong.
They did not make any attempt to contact the Data Controller to investigate
this, and made a supposed assessment solely based on the information
previously detailed on this site. We leave you the reader to decide
if you think a breach of Section 55 of the Data Protection Act was committed
by Lester Aldridge. |
